Every job gets a proper assessment first — the method depends on the fabric, the stain, and how the carpet's been laid, not a fixed price list.
Hot water extraction pushes hot water and cleaning solution deep into the pile, then pulls it back out along with the dirt, dust and allergens that live below the surface. Best for a full refresh of heavily-used rooms — living rooms, hallways, stairs.
Typically dry within 3–6 hours
Pet accidents, red wine, coffee, ink and ground-in stains each need a different approach. We identify the stain type before treating it, rather than reaching for the same solution every time — which is why stains other cleaners give up on often still come out.
No guarantee on very old, set-in stains — we'll be upfront about odds beforehand
Every fabric is spot-tested before we start — velvet, linen, leather-look and delicate weaves all need different treatment. Covers sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and headboards.
Typically dry within 2–4 hours
Landlords and letting agents expect carpets back to a specific standard before a deposit is released. We clean to that standard and can provide a same-day cleaning certificate as proof for the deposit process.
Certificate provided on request
Wool, silk-blend and delicate handmade rugs are cleaned by hand rather than machine — the wrong process can shrink or discolour a good rug permanently, so we treat these differently to a standard fitted carpet.
Collection & delivery available for larger rugs
Offices, shop units, waiting rooms and lettings — cleaned around your business hours so you're not closing to get it done. Ongoing contracts available for regular upkeep.
Out-of-hours appointments available
